If you are not satisfied with our products or services in any way, we will try our best to solve the problem for you. The following is a detailed description of our return and exchange policy, please read it carefully.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions: Returned merchandise must be unused and in good condition, and must retain the original packaging and invoice.
Product Failure: If the product is defective, please provide photo and video proof. After confirmation by twowayradiowholesale, you can return it for a new product, and twowayradiowholesale will bear the return shipping costs. Refunds or re-shipments of new products will be made upon receipt of the complete original packaging and invoice, excluding products that have been damaged by humans.
Return Note: All returns require prior notification and confirmation from twowayradiowholesale. Please contact us for the return address and precautions before sending the item back.
Return Tracking Number: Please retain your return tracking number until we notify you that your refund has been completed.
